A Paradise Valley home once owned by former Major League Baseball player Chili Davis has been put up for sale for $8.5 million.
Frank Aazami of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s is the Mountaintop Estate Agent at 7401 N. Las Brisas Lane in the Montana De Bonitas Casas neighborhood.
The MLB player had the home built in 2000 by luxury home builder Salcito Custom Homes, according to a press release.
Davis played a 19-year career as an outfielder and designated hitter from 1981 to 1999 for the San Francisco Giants, California Angels, Minnesota Twins, Kansas City Royals and New York Yankees. After his playing days, Davis was a batting coach for the Australian National Baseball Team, Los Angeles Dodgers, Pawtucket Red Sox, Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs and the New York Mets.
The custom-built home features 9,395 square feet, with five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, as well as a four-car garage.
